The Lincoln Memorial - he has always been my favourite US president. :)
The White House - After seeing Captiol first, I actually thought my friends are showing me just some other building and saying its the white house. Hey believe me, it looks pretty ordinary from outside. With the plethora of grand old buildings in Washington, you can actually miss it, if not for the power wielded by the person who resides in it.
The Washington Monument - It forms a great corridor called Washington Mall together with Capitol, Lincoln memorial and the WW-I & II memorials.
The Statue - present in front of the Captiol overlooking a small water body.
